GBMC is white powder, without poison, no odor and smell. Soluble in cold water, easily soluble in hot water, and presents transparent liquid. Has good stability in acid and alkali solution. Has good synergistic effect with other surfactants.

Application

GBMC-1 can be used as wall material for oil-in-water type microcapsule, it can substitute for gelatin, Arabic gum, etc.

GBMC-2 can be used in emulsifier, thickener, stabilizer. It can substitute for sodium caseinate, etc.

Can be widely used in vitamin, non-dairy creamer, emulsion flavor, soft drinks, sausage, yogurt, can, bread and other products.
